Every fortnight you should meet to discuss:
- The last two week’s marketing – what’s been done and what enquiry did it generate.
- What did individual enquirers have to discuss about your property. This includes those who talked to the agent about the property even if the discussion didn’t result in an inspection.
- Fortnightly Price review – is the current price attracting interest?

At what price should the property be offered in the coming fortnight?
